Description
This is extensible Vaadin Month Calendar Component that allows you to go through months and visualize each day according to your data. It has dependencies on to:
- Vaadin Flow
- Java Time API
- currently – an Internal Messages – Message Source Bundle (used for internationalization)
Today’s Month
The month that contains the today’s date – will show bolded and in dark red – the current red. All the dates with no information are visualized with light yellow.
Month with some data
A month that has some data – is showing different background.
You could extend this component and:
- Implement your own Date Component or visualization.
- Add some behaviour
I’ve coded similar widgets for Android apps or with different Java Frameworks. You may adapt the grid creating algorithm to your programming language or platform.
