Human individuals receive a natural boosting to form a Groups of Interests in some shape or form. Sometimes the shape or form is purely biological based on the common genes that certain group has. A homo sapiens evolved and this groups got beyond the animal instinct. The Pyramid of Maslow the minimal biological requirements to be alive like food and shelter are the basis, but a lot more is to come.
Who needs Software?
When a group goes a little bit beyond the minimum needs it searches optimization of work. In software terms – there are roles. It could form a community beyond genes and the fight with nature. And – when several groups of communities come together – they could form a society. There is also a bigger layer when societies form bigger structures like towns, kingdoms, countries, governments, empires, and – the more modern shapes – corporations, unions, social media followings, etc.
If you are born in our age you will find the inescapable need to join some group. The trick is to find the most meaningful and matching “you” ones. These are the meta models of the big Social Medias:

- Podcasts
- Groups News Feed
- Comment and Messaging
The areas you dive in could be:
- Programming, some Technology, some Programming Language
- Dances, Art, Spiritual Practice
- Skillset, Activity, Business
Developers, developers, developers…
And, Going alone is actually impossible. One cannot work 24 hours a day and will never be able to work as a machine – like 100 people. Even area like Software Creation is more of a soft skill at the end:
- Who will use the Applications?
- Who will pay for it?
- What group of people will create it – code it, design it, test it, etc?
The other extreme is leaving the World and going into the wild. With the all land around the world filled with people – You will bump into others and they will impose their way of thinking about reality and the concepts they accept as real. So, join a Group, or degrade with the time.
